About Austin
Austin Jackson grew up in Augusta, Georgia. He attended Westminster Schools of Augusta and then went on to receive an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and a law degree from the University of South Carolina.
Before founding M. Austin Jackson, Attorney at law, Austin served as a prosecutor for the State of South Carolina in Columbia, as well as worked as in-house counsel at an Augusta-based commercial real estate company.
Since starting his own practice, Austin has primarily handled personal injury litigation. He particularly enjoys working on premises liability cases, especially complex slip/trip and fall cases.
Outside of work, he enjoys all sports, flying (a passion of his from childhood), and rooting on the Georgia Bulldogs. He and his wife live in Augusta, have one child, and are members of Trinity on the Hill Methodist Church.
